We are looking for sales consultants who are persuasive, dynamic, flexible and enthusiastic, who love challenges, are determined and target oriented! You will be expected to understand and respond to the client’s needs effectively and efficiently, give excellent service to clients and the provision of the appropriate advice through knowledge of the wide range of products available.


Applicants should:

· Have a flair for sales;
· Be able to build and maintain relationships with clients and provide outstanding client service
· Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills
· Be fluent in Maltese and English and able to communicate in Italian
· Be flexible to work retail hours including evenings and weekends
· Be flexible and willing to increase working hours during busy periods including January and February
· Be computer literate.

Warehouse Administration Associate

Warehouse Administration Associate 20-30hrs

Working as part of our Warehouse Administration team, the Warehouse Administration Associate will predominately be assisting the Warehouse Manager in administration duties such as inputting of data in the system, running reports, cross-checking of data and conducting some basic analysis. The Warehouse Administration Associate will also assist Warehouse staff with any system-related queries regarding stock.


The ideal candidate will:

• Possess excellent organizational skills
• Demonstrate the ability to remain calm under pressure and manage their own time efficiently
• Be willing to learn new systems in a short span of time
• Act on their own initiative, within set guidelines
• Communicate effectively in Maltese and English
• Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel

This role requires working 20-30hours per week according to an agreed schedule. The selected candidate however, must be available to work anytime between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings.

Sales & Design Consultants

Vivendo Group’s Retail Division comprises local and international household brands Ideacasa, Krea, Quadra and Poltronesofa. Due to recent growth, we are seeking to recruit Sales & Design Consultants for our outlets.


As a SALES & DESIGN CONSULTANT, you will be expected to understand the various needs of our customers, whilst providing an excellent and honest service. You should also provide solutions and recommendations through your experience and knowledge of the products we offer. In addition, you will be expected to maintain our high standards for customer care and engage with customers to discover their needs, helping them make their design vision become a reality.

At Vivendo we’re always on the look out for top talent! So, if you’ve got a passion for sales, a flair for design, an eye for detail, are a target oriented person and enjoy delighting customers, then we would like to hear from you! You should also possess excellent communication, listening and teamwork skills and be computer literate. Preferably, you should be fluent in Maltese and English and able to communicate in Italian.

Previous experience in a similar post would be advantageous but not necessary for all vacancies available.

Store keeping Assistant- Full Time

Vivendo Group is Malta’s largest retail organisation comprising 5 leading outlets offering integral furniture solutions for residential and workspace environments.

 

The selected candidates will be required to assist in general storekeeping and warehouse duties including loading and unloading stock (such as furniture, sofas and doors); stacking and storing goods; locating and preparing goods for delivery and/or pick up by customers.

Furniture and Door Installers

We are looking for furniture Installers with experience in fitting kitchens, other household furniture (such as bedrooms and living units) as well as offices, on subcontract basis.

We are also looking for experienced door installers on subcontract basis.


Interested applicants should have a medium-sized van and must have a good level of reading and writing.
