Scheduling Assistant

The selected candidate’s primary responsibilities will be handling telephone enquiries and scheduling of appointments in an appropriate and timely manner. The Scheduling Assistant will also be expected to follow up with suppliers, customers and other departments for the resolution of customer requests and other general office duties.


Applicants should:


•Have excellent customer care and telephone skills

•Be fluent in written and spoken Maltese, English and preferably Italian

•Be a team player and able to work under minimum supervision

•Be highly organised and able to work under pressure

•Be computer literate, preferably having ECDL certification

•Have a minimum ‘O’ Level standard of education.

Storekeeping Assistants - Full Time

The selected candidates will be required to assist in general storekeeping and warehouse duties including loading and unloading stock (such as furniture, sofas and doors); sorting, stacking and storing goods; locating and preparing goods for delivery and/or pick up by customers.

•Be able to read and write in English

•Have a positive attitude towards customers

Projects Assistant

Dex Workspaces is a brand within the Vivendo Group specialising in building spaces where professionals can work comfortably and productively. It offers a complete solution for offices, by handling the supply, delivery and installation of furniture – including workstations, raised flooring, acoustic systems, lighting and partitions.


We are looking for a suitable candidate to assist us on the numerous projects we handle. The selected candidate will be required to assist the Project Manager on site by overseeing deliveries, carrying out minor installations and repairs as required, loading items from the Warehouse and delivering them to the client’s site, liaising with the client’s on-site representative and other contractors and following the necessary Health and Safety requirements.


Applicants should:


•Be fluent in spoken Maltese, English and preferably Italian

•Have a clean driving licence

•Be highly organised and able to work under pressure;

Certifications in fork lift operation and Health & Safety would be considered an asset.

Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday 7am to 11:30pm and Saturdays 7am to 1pm, however, most shifts will be available in the afternoon and evenings.

Sales Manager - Hospitality Segment

Forming part of Vivendo Group, the Customised Solutions Division offers a fully-integrated furnishing solution for businesses in the hospitality industry.


As the Sales Manager, you will be expected to take charge of simultaneous projects from start to finish, managing a team to support you throughout. This includes but is not limited to tendering for projects and presenting to prospective clients, seeking new business, turning these into opportunities and building networks, leading a team of specialists (technical, product, on site, industry, sales), sourcing new suppliers and extending relationships with existing ones.


The selected candidate will have the overall responsibility of the Division and calls for a mature, organized individual with 5 years proven sales experience within a senior role, ideally in furniture or hospitality (including corporate sales or procurement). Experience in leading a team is also a requirement.

We are looking for furniture Installers with experience in fitting kitchens, other household furniture(such as bedrooms and living units) as well as offices, on subcontract basis.

Sales & Design Consultants

Vivendo Group’s Retail Division comprises local and international household brands Krea, Quadra and Poltronesofa. Due to recent growth, we are seeking to recruit Sales & Design Consultants for our outlets.


As a SALES & DESIGN CONSULTANT, you will be expected to understand the various needs of our customers, whilst providing an excellent and honest service. You should also provide solutions and recommendations through your experience and knowledge of the products we offer. In addition, you will be expected to maintain our high standards for customer care and engage with customers to discover their needs, helping them make their design vision become a reality.

At Vivendo we’re always on the look out for top talent! So, if you’ve got a passion for sales, a flair for design, an eye for detail, are a target oriented person and enjoy delighting customers, then we would like to hear from you! You should also possess excellent communication, listening and teamwork skills and be computer literate. Preferably, you should be fluent in Maltese and English and able to communicate in Italian.

Previous experience in a similar post would be advantageous but not necessary for all vacancies available.
